Tastes of Joy
I believe that the energy transferred in food is equally important – maybe even more – than the nutritional value. Much was made of this in the famous book and movie Like Water for Chocolate in which the emotions of the cook were transferred through the food she cooked to those who ate it. I believe that the energy of flowers is a very high vibration, right up there with joy and love. I believe that this energy is transferred through the food that it is in. For me, cooking and eating flower foods is a near-religious delight! Also, this is the same energy I work with with my clients, this uplifting joyful energy of flowers to help us all live the richest, most joyful lives possible. I encourage all my clients to experience the energy of flowers in as many ways as possible. Before in this newsletter, I've shared glimpses of my recipes.
