Thank you for your great response to the introduction of the audio component of Flower Vibrations – you can still get some free Flower Meditation MP3s in the Online Store (click here.) Remember: you can listen to MP3s on your computer (and some phones) even if you don’t have an iPod.
There is still some room at the Flower Vibrations Workshop coming up in June in Southampton. Please click here for more information.

FLOWER OF THE MONTH Periwinkle (Vinca Minor)
Periwinkles twinkle in the cool, cool shade.
| |
Periwinkle plants are quite dependable. They don’t need lots of our attention to thrive and grow – even in the shady parts of our gardens.
The energy of Periwinkle is bright, loving, and playful. Periwinkle can help us to shine light on areas in our lives where we need to let go of negative feelings or to forgive.
They can help us to find a light-hearted ability to process our feelings and to let go (as we always should) of any negativity we have stored.
Sometimes when we hold onto negativity, that energy can eventually show up in our physical bodies in the form of cysts or tumors of some sort. It is the same energy – in this case our bodies holding onto something that, in a more healthy state, it would have just naturally processed out.
Periwinkle can help us to remember the high-spirited energy that we had as children – when we would react and emote in the moment, just letting it all hang out and thus letting it all go.
A positive affirmation might be: I let go of all that does not serve me. I allow light to come into the dark corners of my spirit to permit my inner light to shine fully.
Beautiful flower vibrations to you all!!
