Would you like more joy in your life?
Here are five things you can do right now to raise your happiness level. 1. Intend to be joyful. Set your intention to find the WAY into joy and happiness, and you WILL find the way. You will be drawn to the right path. You will be INSPIRED to do things that bring you joy. 2. Practice Gratitude and Appreciation All day long, go around deliberately finding things to appreciate and be grateful for. Look around you right now. Appreciate yourself for the simple act of TRYING to find things to appreciate. 3. Smile Yep. Smile. Lift the corners of your lips up right now. Feel a shift? Research shows that simply rearranging your face in a smile helps you to feel better. 4. Laugh Laugh often. Pretend to laugh. Try out different laugh sounds. If you stick with it, you will probably find some genuine laughter in you, and THAT is truly uplifting. 5. Think Flowers! Find ways to incorporate flowers in to your day.
