TIPS FOR JOY

 

WOW!  This summer is just ZOOMING by!

I enjoyed one of my favorite summer activities on Sunday -- the big Chicken BBQ to support our local volunteer fire department.  Here's a photo of me with the Chicken who was standing by the side of the road encouraging the few people in the area who weren't already coming to join in the festivities.

 

And, here's a photo of all the chicken grilling. 

 

Delicious!

 

After the BBQ, I danced my heart out to the English Beat at a little outdoor concert (no photos, I was too busy!!)

 

Another sign the summer is nearly over:  Tomorrow I'm hosting the last of my teleseminars in this summer's f/r-e-e series.  I'm thrilled with the response I've gotten.  It's not too late to join in the fun.  This last call will be entirely stand-alone.  It will tie together all the threads of the summer.  The title is "Living Flowerfully."  It is all about living in joy and manifesting ALL YOUR DESIRES.  On the call, I'll reveal 6 simple steps to get concrete results.  Click here to join me.

Would you like more joy in your life?

 

Here are five things you can do right now to raise your happiness level.

 

1.  Intend to be joyful. 

 

Set your intention to find the WAY into joy and happiness, and you WILL find the way.  You will be drawn to the right path.  You will be INSPIRED to do things that bring you joy.

 

2.  Practice Gratitude and Appreciation

 

All day long, go around deliberately finding things to appreciate and be grateful for.  Look around you right now.  Appreciate yourself for the simple act of TRYING to find things to appreciate.

 

3.  Smile

 

Yep.  Smile.  Lift the corners of your lips up right now. Feel a shift?  Research shows that simply rearranging your face in a smile helps you to feel better.

 

4.  Laugh

 

Laugh often.  Pretend to laugh.  Try out different laugh sounds.  If you stick with it, you will probably find some genuine laughter in you, and THAT is truly uplifting.

 

5.  Think Flowers!

 

Find ways to incorporate flowers in to your day.  Science now proves what we've intuitively known for thousands of years -- that flowers make us happy.
